CoilÓg refund policy is a "Roll Over" of a withdrawn entry provided the withdrawal is completed prior to the start of the class and notification BY EMAIL ONLY is sent to entries@coilog.com with details of rider, animal and class.

CoilÓg are a V.A.T. registered company and you can apply for a V.A.T. invoice for your entries at the end of each league cycle to reclaim the VAT content of your entry.
