1. Passports with up to date vaccinations are required.
2. Derby classes are weather permitting only.
3. Two phase classes will either run in accordance with Article 274 Paragraph 5.1 (for Novice classes) or Article 274 Paragraph 8 Special Two-Phase (for “Open” classes). Finals designated as Two Phase will run in accordance with 274.8 where not superseded by any other rules.
4. 128/138cm Novelty Relay is a Child/Guardian relay; children will compete on ponies and a guardian of their choice will compete on foot (Guardian’s should be over 16).
5. 40 Pony/Horse rider combinations will qualify for their relevant Grand Prix
6. Young riders must be 25 years old or under.
7. A horse can only be entered in one Young Riders Grand Prix. Please see rules on show website for declarations.
8. *Retiring riders is fancy dress. This is an individuals class not a pairs relay. Riders MUST use a 148cm pony. Competition will be run strictly in accordance with SJI rules. More details provided on www.ownerscharityshow.org
9. **Under 10 Grand Final is single round jump off for top 10 under 10’s qualified from Ev. 311.
10. Lorry Hook-Up fee of €70 to be booked with entries and stabling on www.ownerscharityshow.org
11. No parking for caravans in Lorry Park – Caravan Hook-Up fee of €35 to be paid online.
12. Entries (including stables) can only be submitted online through www.ownerscharityshow.org Entries will not open until 1st October 2019 and close Friday, 11th October 2019. See website for updates.
13. Entries made after the closing date will be subject to a convenience fee of €5 per entry.
14. Refunds will be subject to an administration fee of €5 per entry. No refunds on stables after the closing date.
15. Show office (and therefore access to stables) will open at 14:00 on Thursday, 24th October 2019.
16. The Committee reserve the right to refuse entries or admission without reason and to make alterations to the programme.
