*ENTRIES CLOSE ON FRIDAY 22ND JUNE*
All entries & stables must be booked online www.cavanequestrian.com Full stable & hook up fees + €20 booking fee per animal will be deducted at this stage - balance of entries etc is payable @ show.
***STABLING & HOOK UP***
€90 X 3 Nights, €150 X 4 Nights, €120 X 5 Nights.
Electric Hook up €15 per night.
Gates to centre will close on Wednesday 11th July @ 9pm.
PLEASE NOTE: 50% of stable fee will be retained if stables not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24hrs.
Stabling Policy: Whilst we are trying to avoid implementing a €10 deposit on each stable, we would be grateful if everyone could make an effort to clean their stables before they leave the grounds. They will be checked the following day and anyone leaving the stables in a poor state will becharged €20.
***WITHDRAWALS & CHANGES***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the deadlines for you to contact the office to withdraw, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged.
Tuesday 10th July @ 4pm for all classeson Thursday 12th July,
Thursday 12th July @ 4pm for all classes on Friday 13th July,
Friday 13th July @ 4pm for all classes on Saturday 14th July,
Saturday 14th July @ 4pm for all classes on Sunday 15th July.

***RULES***
- For All classes, pony rider must compete two days out of Thurs, Fri, Sat to be eligible to jump on Sunday - No Exceptions.
- Age for 128 Under 10's Competitions - Must be under 10 as of 1st January 2018.
- All classes are timed except for 128-70cm & 128-80cm
***PRIZES***
- €12,000 In Prizes & Prize Fund.
- Cavan Cooler to winner in each class every day.
- Draw in 128-70cm & 128-80cm.
PLEASE NOTE ALL PRIZE MONEY MUST BE CLAIMED @ THE SHOW,
NO PRIZE MONEY WILL BE POSTED AFTER THE SHOW.
***LEADING RIDER PRIZE - 128cm, 138cm, 148cm***
LEADING RIDER & PONY COMBINATION PRIZE:
1st Cladem Equi Store Voucher for €150
Points will only be given to the riders top placing in each class:
1st - 10, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 8, 4th -7, 5th - 6, 6th - 5, 7th - 4, 8th - 3, 9th - 2, 10th -1
Points will be awarded in the following events:
128cms - Events 1, 2, 8, 13, 23, 24, 27, 30, 33, 42, 43, 49
138cms - Events 3, 10, 14, 15, 26, 32, 44, 52
148cms - Events 4, 5, 16, 17, 25, 41, 45, 46
***IRISH TEAM SELECTION 2018***
-Points will be awarded in the following classes:
128 Under 10's - Ev 8 & 23, 128cms - Ev 2 & 13, 138cms - Ev 3 & 15, 148cms- Ev 4 & 16.
-Points will be awarded to 1st - 10th:
1st- 10, 2nd - 9, 3rd - 8, 4th - 7, 5th - 6, 6th - 5, 7th - 4, 8th - 3, 9th - 2, 10th - 1st
-The top 4 riders with highest points from events above will then be selected to jump on the team.
- In the case of tie, the highest placed rider on Friday will take the place.
- A rider can only compete in one team event.
***ENTERTAINMENT***
Welcome Reception in Boomerangs Restaurant Thursday 12th July @ 8pm-
EVERYONE WELCOME. Kids activities will be arranged.
***PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE NOTE:
Children must be supervised at all times. NO Segways, Scooters, Quads, Skateboards, Go-Carts, Bicycles Etc Allowed on Grounds.
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
