***Withdrawals/Changes***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following times are the Deadlines for you to contact the office to WITHDRAW OR MAKE CHANGES, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged.
Mon 6th Nov for all classes Wed 8th,
Wed 8th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Thur 9th,
Thurs 9th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Fri 10th,
Fri 10th Nov @ 4pm for all classes Sat 11th,
ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE - FRIDAY 13th OCTOBER.
Late Entries during show charged @ €10 goes to Palliative Care, Cavan. This is only applies to competitors who have already entered- NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.
***INTERNATIONAL DECLARATIONS***
International Entry Fee €350 per Horse Includes Stables & MCP Fee.
(All International classes must be in office by 6pm evening before class. International competitions under F.E.I Rules.
***Rules***
*An International rider may not ride more then 2 horses in any one international class & not more then 3 international horses at the event and only 1 horse in the Grand Prix.
*Top 35 from International Competition 2 & 4 Qualify for Grand Prix.
*Each International horse may compete twice a day.
*TROT UP FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL HORSES WILL BE ON THURSDAY 9th NOVEMBER @ 2PM - THIS TROT UP IS COMPULSORY.
*International Horses may compete on Wednesday & Thursday in national classes if entered.
*Declarations for all International Classes will close @ 6pm the evening before the class.
*If you qualify for a Final & do not jump, entry fee will be charged.
*No Substitution except for same rider (i.e change of horse)
*THE SHOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULE IN ANY WAY DURING THE SHOW.
*VACCINATIONS MUST BE UP TO DATE.
***Entries***
Entries will be on our online system www.cavanequestrian.com
Entries Close on Friday 13th October with €20 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. Please Note that the centre will close at 9pm Sharp on Tuesday 7th November access after this will not be permitted until Wednesday Morning.
***Stabling***
€160 for Duration of Show - Pre-Paid In Advance.
ONLY 8 STABLES PER RIDER
Limited number of Tack Rooms available @ €30 must be booked in advance.
PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION FEE 50% ON STABLING IF NOT CANCELLED 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE ~& 100% IF NOT CANCELLED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. ALL STABLE CANCELLATIONS MUST COME THROUGH THE SHOW OFFICE AS THERE WILL BE A WAITING LIST IN OPERATION.
***Hook-Up***
€60 for duration of Show

In the event of a tie for Leading International Rider, the highest placed rider in
Event 32 – Grand Prix wins.

LEADING NATIONAL RIDER PRIZE: 2 night B&B including dinner in the Aishling Hotel, Dublin
In the event of a tie for Leading National Rider, the rider who achieves the most points on one horse wins.
