***VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CHANGES/ WITHDRAWALS***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, OR if you wish to make changes to your entries the following times are deadlines for you to contact the office to withdraw, otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged:
Wednesday 25th Oct @ 12 Noon for all classes on Friday 27th Oct,
Friday 27th Oct @ 4pm for all classes on Saturday 28th Oct,
Saturday 28th Oct @ 4pm for all classes on Sunday 29th Oct.
€10 Charge on late entries during the show, Competitor must jump first in class, all proceeds go to Down Syndrome, Cavan. Please note you can only enter with a late entry if you are already entered into the show before closing date 6th October.

***STABLING & HOOK UP***
Book Stabling online through www.cavanequestrian.com
Limited stabling available, must be booked and paid for in advance.
Stabling: 1 x Night €30, 2 x Nights €55, 3 x Nights €75
Hook Up: €20 per night or €40 for duration.
Stabling Policy: Whilst we are trying to avoid implementing a €10 deposit on each stable, we would be grateful if everyone could make an effort to clean their stables before they leave the showground. They will be checked the following day and anyone leaving the stablesin a poor state will be charged €20.

***PRIZES***
Cavan Cooler Cooler to Winner of all competitions throughout the show & draw for cooler in the Novice Classes.
The Jack Hammerton Perpetual Trophy will be awarded to The Best Novice Pony & Rider.

The Show reserves the right to alter the schedule in any way.
