***IMPORTANT***
Please note that all competitors will start on time & will be run in programme order. Competitors who miss their turn will not be allowed to jump & will forfeit their entry. Start Sheets for Tuesday will be available on the website on Monday @ 12Noon.
***Declaration System for Show***
If you are entered for a class & do not intend to compete in it, the following are the deadlines to contact the office to withdraw or make changes, Otherwise a €5 penalty will be charged if you do not withdraw.
WHEN DRAW IS DONE NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER WILL BE MADE.
Friday 8th Sept @ 4pm for all classes on Tuesday 12th Sept,
Tuesday 12th Sept@ 4pm for all classes on Wednesday 13th Sept,
Wednesday 13th Sept@ 4pm for all classes on Thursday 14th Sept,
Thursday 14th Sept@ 4pm for all classes on Friday 15th Sept,
Friday 15th Sept@ 4pm for all classes on Saturday 16th Sept,
Saturday 16th Sept @4pm for all classes on Sunday 17th Sept.
Please ensure to keep a copy of you entries - any errors made will not be the office responsibility. Late Entries - during show will be charged a €10 penalty which will go to Down Syndrome & Autism, Cavan Branch. Late Entries are only Horse/Rider combo already entered.
***Stabling/Hook Up***
Stabling Available @ €160 for Duration of Show.
Hook up €60 for duration.
Stables & Hook up must be booked & paid for in advance. Max 6x Stables per Rider. Limited number of Tack Rooms available @ €40 please book in advance. Gates to the Centre will close @ 9pm Monday 11th, access after this will not be permitted until Tuesday Morning.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fee of 50% on stabling if not cancelled 7 days prior to show and 100% if not cancelled within 24 hours.
Horse Purchaser: There will be a trial arena available during the show.

Online Entry System Entries Close FRIDAY 18th AUGUST 2017

€20 non refundable booking fee per horse.
***Rules***
1. If you qualify for a final and do not jump, entry fee will be charged.
2. The Show reserves the right to change the schedule in any way during the Show.
3. Vaccination against equine influenza is compulsory for all animals.
4. 4 Year Old Classes - NO BACK BOOTS ALLOWED.
***5 Year Old & 6 & 7 Year Old Classic Championships***
Vetting of qualified horses for the grand Finals will take place on Saturday 16th @ 4pm, all horses qualified must attend.
