Daniel Coyle continued his dominance of the 2013 HSI/Blue Grass Spring Tour with a third win in the League on Linzi Johnston's Uptown Girl at Killossery Lodge Stud this evening.
Coyle now extends his lead at the top of the table following wins in the opening two legs of the League to now lie on 32 points following 5 legs.
Today's leg at Killossery again proved their dominance in the Jump off with Coyle stopping the clock in 31.11, a full two seconds ahead of his nearest pursuer, Edward Doyle.
Coyle had the added advantage of being last to go of the 53 starters and he made that count with Doyle holding the lead up to that point with Samgemjee with a time of 33.16.
Last weeks winner at Wexford Equestrian, Eddie Moloney had to settle for third place on Macushla R. The reigning Premier Series Champion set a time of 33.68.
Sophie Dalm has started the 2013 season well and she recorded her third placing of the League with Vaillant S taking fourth.
Derek McConnell took fifth with Oakpark Clover while Vickie Anderson was sixth with Zack.
The HSI/Blue Grass Spring Tour has a double header next weekend as Portmore in Armagh host the sixth leg on Sunday before Broadmeadows on Monday.
