Eddie Moloney claimed a memorable win in the penultimate leg of the HSI/Blue Grass Spring Tour at his home base in Warrington Equestrian Centre with his own Dante Van De Noordheuval.

In a very competitive class, Moloney beat off 12 other combinations in the Jump Off to win the €2,500 class sponsored by the host venue.

Moloney has always held the son of Manhattan in high regard and his faith certainly paid off in no uncertain terms beating off the former National Speed Champions Tholm Keane and Krafty Jack in a very fast Jump off.  Despite being early in the Jump off, Moloney made no mistake and set a time that couldn't be matched when stopping the clock in 34.98.

Tholm Keane knew exactly what he had to do when entering the ring with Ronan Tynan's Krafty Jack having the advantage of a slightly later draw and breaking the beam at 35.60, Keane took second with the veteran gelding.

Tipperary based rider, Seamus Hayes took third with his own Twister in only his second outing this season with a double clear in 36.17.

Recent Spring Tour winner Gerard Clarke slotted in fourth with his own Colorado while he also took sixth with Andrew Doogue's Zanzibar V.  Sven Hadley split Clarke's pair with Realt Na Carraig in fifth.
