The qualifiers for The Royal Highland Show were held over the weekend of 30/31st May at the recently acquired Morris Equestrian Centre (formerly Rowallan) Kilmarnock, Ayrshire where young Irish athlete Robbie Clancy claimed three tickets to the finals. Clancy a native of Sixemilebridge in Co Clare followed up on his Fontainebleau success with his seven year old pony ‘My Castlehill Lass’ as he won two classes taking the JC class on Saturday and the final on Sunday. This was crowned by winning the JA Class on ‘I’m A Tom Boy’ securing his trip to The Royal Highland Show 20/21st June.
