For the second week running, Tholm Keane came out on top of a really competitive TRM/Horseware National Grand Prix at the South County Show having won at Tattersalls the previous week.
Both wins came on Ronan Tynan's evergreen Narcos Stallion, Warrenstown You 2 as he closes the gap slightly of League leader Greg Broderick. Although Keane will not be able to catch Broderick, the title of Leading Horse is still up for grabs and Warrenstown You 2 is currently a long way in front to defend his title.
The pair have been producing excellent results throughout the season which include wins at Louth County, Ballivor and Tattersalls with today's fourth win along with a host of placings giving Warrenstown You 2 69 points.
In another very exciting Jump Off, Keane stopped the clock in 36.29 to take the win.
TRM/Horseware National Grand Prix League Leader, Greg Broderick managed to take fifth with Lisa Cawley's Golden Exchange and now lie of 88 points, 29 clear of Keane.
Canadian rider, Vanessa Mannix slotted into second with her own Nirvana De Terlong. The student of Conor Swail produced two foot perfect rounds in a time of 38.25.
Locally based rider, Neal Fearon took third with Exelsoir Van De Noordheuval and following several other placings throughout the season, the pair move slightly up on the leaderboard. They broke the beam at 38.90 with all the poles still in their cups.
Former National Champion, Alexander Butler finished fourth with the Ringwood Construction's Riverside Ace in a time of 39.92 while Dermott Lennon took sixth with Corbeagh Luxor.
