It is a great to be crowned National Champion after a long year. It was a great win for Erne Ladygoldilocks and great way to top off her season. She will now go on a break while I concentrate on some of the younger horses.
2016 National Champion
It was a very quick jump-off and both horses performed very well. I have Ballyknock Diamond since he was five and he has been a brilliant horse and is very successful and has a lot of scope and a great brain. I will aim him at the Premier next year and I am looking forward to stepping up to this level with him.
2016 Autumn Grand Prix Champion
It was always going to be a competitive class and I knew that from looking at the start-list. Ger put it up to us when he got three through to the jump-off and really to win you needed to be very fast.
